Contact
A question? We answer it ourselves.
We are a very small team and we read every message. Expect two working days, usually less.
If a scam is happening right now
Don't write to us first, call the bank. Veillons can help assess a message, but it cannot stop a payment or contact your bank. Here is what to do, straight away:
- Hang up, however urgent the caller says it is. Urgency is their tool.
- Call the bank on the number printed on the card or on a statement, never the number you were just given.
- Stop the payment, and ask in writing for the transaction to be blocked and refunded.
- Report it on 17cyber.gouv.fr, the free French public assistance service.
- File a police report, even if it feels lost. It matters for the case.
