About

We're building what we wish we'd had.

Veillons started from a simple observation: when a parent gets caught on the phone, it is almost never for lack of intelligence. It is for lack of someone to ask, right at that moment.

The problem we take seriously

The fake bank adviser scam has become the number one fraud in France. It breaks no security system: it calls, it reassures, it rushes, and it gets the person themselves to approve the transfer. No password and no two-factor check stops someone who has been convinced.

What makes someone vulnerable isn't age. It's being alone at the moment of doubt. 750,000 older people in France no longer have anyone to ask “is this normal?” That gap is what we want to close.

What we believe

Watching over is not watching.
A product that hands a child control over a parent's money is a bad product, however good the intention. We show alerts, never statements.
The parent decides, always.
Nothing activates without their explicit consent. They are warned before anyone else, they can remove whoever they want from the circle, and they can stop everything on their own, without explaining themselves.
We only promise what we can deliver.
We don't block transfers, because we have no power to. We don't publish detection rates we cannot prove. On a subject like this, overstating is a fault.
A false alarm does real damage.
An alert for nothing means an older person frightened for nothing. After three of those they stop listening, and the product protects no one. We'd rather miss a borderline case than cry wolf.

Where we are

Veillons is under construction, opening early 2027. We are not yet a service you can use, and we don't pretend to be.

Right now we do one thing: talk with families to understand what they actually need, before writing the first line of the product. If you want what we build to look like your life, the best way to help is to tell us.

Twenty minutes of your time beats a thousand assumptions.

Reserving a place means answering a few questions that directly shape what we build first. You can also offer us a call, we'll gladly pick up the phone.
